PLEASE DO NOT USE ANY PUNCTUATION MARK WHILE FILLING UP THE FORM
1. Online admission form will be available only on the given dates and will stay throughout the days.
2. All the fields marked * are compulsory.
3. Photo & birth certificate of the child and the latest qualification of the parents are not required to be uploaded with the form.
4. Please note the date of birth of the child carefully. Date of birth outside the mentioned range [please refer to the admission notice] will not be accepted.
5. Please be specific while mentioning the occupation, designation & organization of both the parents. (in case you have nothing to mention, write NA)
6. Immediately after successful submission of the form, SMS will be sent to the mobile number provided in the form, confirming the application number etc. Please preserve the message for any future reference.
7. Please note that under no circumstances, any amount deposited for admission will be refunded.
8. If the admission form fee is not credited in our account for any reason whatsoever, the admission form will be rejected. In this regard you are requested to keep the fee receipt ready for any future references.
